Campus Resident Portal

The Campus Resident Portal is a tool that provides real-time updates on the status of your items, ensuring you always know where they are in the delivery process.

Package Information

Student packages are processed and made ready for student pick up at the mail and package warehouse. Students will receive an email as each item is ready for Pick-UPP with specific instructions or each item. During move-in, only backpack sized items will be placed in the lockers so they can be conveniently retrieved any time of the day. Larger packages will be available at the Owens Hall mail room, watch for your PickUPP email to arrive.

Receiving and sending USPS letter mail for on-campus students

Student mail is processed and made ready for student pick up at the Owens Hall mail room.

Receiving USPS mail (envelopes, letters , magazines, etc.)

Students will retrieve all USPS mail (letters, parking permits, and voting ballots) at Owens Hall mail room. Students will receive an email when their mail is ready to be picked up. Your Hokie Passport is required for all transactions

Mail is delivered to Owens Hall Monday–Friday. Please bring Hokie Passport with you when retrieving mail.

Students mailing stamped envelopes and prepaid packages

For students needing to mail a stamped envelope or prepaid package, stamped and prepaid items can be dropped off at Owens Hall mail room by 11 a.m. for same day shipping, otherwise it will ship the following day, Monday through Friday.

  • Double-check the shipping address on any pending orders, you can update them to your new address on the shipper’s website.
